How do I incorporate my wordpress blog into my existing website?

  What is the best way to incorporate my blog into my existing website? My blog is at gutterproenterprises.com and my existing website is at gutterpro.com. I have posts to the blog automatically posting to my website at http://www.gutterpro.com/gutterpronews.php but I am concerned that I may get penalized for duplicate content from Google. Would a sub-domain work? I had the website created with GoDaddy’s Dream Design which doesn’t have the built-in wordpress functionality that their website builder product offers. I was told I can’t transition my site out of the Dream Design to website builder without having to recreate the site from scratch.

  It’s not possible to fully integrate a WordPress.com blog to your self-hosted site. You can simply link the ‘Blog’ menu item to your WordPress.com blog so it redirects to your blog when you click on it.
