How do I install a Social Follow Button on my blog page?

Trying to add a Social Follow Button to my blog page. I have searched and searched in every place I could think of including this site, and everything seems to be written in a foreign language. I need some plain English instructions on how to do this. I am become an internet expert. I am only trying to develop a writer’s blog.

Actually Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Myspace, Linkedin, Goggle +, Goodreads, Digg, Livejournal, WordPress (yeah, I know I don’t need this for my blog, but I’m going to post the button some other places) Smashwords, Delicious. The Social Follow Button was supposed to allow all of these on one button. I have now read through eight different sets of instructions on how to get this button to widgets, none of which seemed to be written for anyone who spoke English and didn’t have a degree in computer science. Final was to set up FileZilla,which could not connect to wordpress and so didn’t allow me to upload the widget. Also tried to load the HTML code that the button site generated and it didn’t do anything but add a non-functional graphic.

Yes, neither of those will work on WordPress.com
The closest you could get would be the sharing buttons at Settings -> Sharing in your blog’s Dashboard.
