How do I install an outside theme into my WordPress??

  I have purchased a membership from Elegant Themes. I have downloaded eStore. But I can not transfer it over to my WordPress site. It instructs me to go to Appearances, Themes, and then click on Install Themes. However, I only see Manage Themes as an option. Do I need to purchase an upgrade? If so, which one? HELP!!!

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer.
