How do I install my domain in a server?

How do i install domain in my server? I have all my company’s information on an internal server connected to different points in the country – ecuador- Most of these points of connection can’t have internet connections through the server connections that they al ready have.
That being said, i wan to install a wordpress blog within my servers to allow those points to visit the site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot install a free hosted WordPress.com blog on your server as they are all free hosted on this multiuser blogging platform.
