How do I install my purchased theme?

I’ve bought a theme and wanted to install but there is not way I can do it unless I upgrade.. why is that?

Note that the free or Premium themes available to activate if you have a free WordPress.com site are found at: https://wordpress.com/themes
Any other themes you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can be made to work here but only if you upgrade to a WordPress.com Business plan.
