How do I keep the home page from changing proportions of the image from my post?

  How do I keep the home page from distorting the proportions of the image from my post? I’m using the “Spun” theme and the images from my posts are put on the home page in little circles. But when I choose horizontal images in the posts, instead of cropping them for the home page, the theme scrunches them.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Upload square images, not rectangular ones, or pick another theme I’m afraid.
