how do i link a previous blog with a new blog on wordpress?

i have two blogs for my business, one i started on my own back in 2012 and 1 i acquired free when i switched to a new web-hosting company…. how do i put the content i already had on my first blog on my second blog? can i just link them together or do i have to go back and re-do all of the blogs i already had?
