how do i live chat with a word press customer support team

Hi there,
Live chat support is only available to owners of WordPress.com sites on a paid plan. You don’t own any sites at all in this account, so there is no way for you to access live chat support.
What site do you need help with, and regarding what?

The issue is that I have a website. http://www.stevenwoolfe.uk. I own the domain and the hosting site I use I pay a monthly subscription for hosting services. On the hosting site it allowed me to link to WordPress to do the back end and design.
I employed a third party to help build the website i.e create the sections, upload the slider and images to fit desktop/ ipad/ phones etc. He created the admin details. He didnt want me to mess up his design so he gave me a password to the wordpress login so that i could upload images and words to my blog
I need to amend the site and cant see how to change pictures etc on the main pages in the pat of the admin I can see. He wont answer emails. SO I need to get hold of my site again

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open source WordPress software but hosted with tsoHost. WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
http://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress software. Particularly helpful is the forum at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
