How do I log into my account without an email address or username?

  I have an old blog that I want to access. My problem is I do not know what email it was attached to, or if the email even exists anymore. Is there a way I can circumvent this? Can I speak with somebody to find another way to access the account?

  You can’t as the email address and the username are the unique identifiers. You can take a look at your old site to find out the username and you can restore access at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
