How do I make a recipe bar on my blog that directs you to just recipe?

  I am unable to create a menu where I can sort my recipes, that is diferent from the archives section. Something that would allow users to click the recipe title and go to that particular blogs recipe. Is there a way to do this?

  You can do that by creating your own menu following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  If the recipes are pages, that should be pretty straight-forward.

  If they’re posts, you’ll need to add them as custom links.
