How do I make a site public

Hi, I haven’t built a site in ages. I want to change the settings to public. I have verified my e-mail address. When I choose ‘privacy’ in the general tab of my dashboard, I am given a privacy policy page. Where is the page where I can choose between ‘Public’, ‘Private’, and ‘Hidden’?

The forum indicated that site, because that’s the site set as your primary site in your WordPress.com account settings.
brianbrantleyguitar.com is not a WordPress.com site. That site is using the open source WordPress.org software at another Bluehost.com. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help with that site:
