How do I make changes on my home page?

On my home page, under the header, I have 6 category links: cocktails, food, wine, recipes, travel, gardening. I set them up once before, but now I can’t figure out how to change them.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Those links are part of your custom menu, which you can change under Appearance > Menus in your site’s dashboard.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

I’m not seeing anything listed as “custom menu” on that page. I looked there, because I thought that’s where I should be, but I’m not finding anything.

Hi Al,
The menu you see when head to Appearance > Menus at https://livethelive.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php is your site’s custom menu. (That’s as opposed to the default menu your theme would display on your site if you didn’t set up a menu on that page.)
At the top of the screen you’ll see the text “Select a menu to edit:” where you can choose what menu you want to edit. The “Blog links” menu is the one that appears under the header on your site’s home page.
Under “Menu Structure” you can see all the links in that menu. You can then add, remove, or edit the links in the menu from that screen. The Custom Menus support page has more detail about how to make those changes, but if you run into trouble please let me know exactly what you’re trying to change and I can give you a hand with that. :)
