how do i make custom domain live?

  I’d like to customize my domain. I’ve added domain mapping but don’t know how to make the new domain live.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is the domain you want mapped addedbranch.com?

  It looks like this subscription was inactivated for some reason. Just reply back to confirm that that’s the domain and I’ll reactivate it for you.
