How do I make header text ("site title") change each time the page is refreshed?

I want to have multiple site title-header text so that each time someone visits any page, the header text is different. For example, on one visit the header text would read “L ≡ L ≡ L”, while on another visit it would read “L ▼ L ▼ L”.
