How do I make my home page work?

  My blog called Winnwords has a tab marked “Home” that is say, “Sorry, page not found”. I would really like to have a functional home page! When I add a new page and call it “Home” I end up with TWO tabs marked “Home”, one functional and the other with an error message. How might I fix this??
