How do I make my theme auto adjust to the relevant screen size

  Hi, my website I created used the Modern theme.

  I set it up using the customizer tools and previewed each time using the desktop, tablet, and phone options to set the font sizes.

  On my Samsung S10 phone everything looks great, whoever if I post a mink to my website on social media and click on the link using the same phone, certain words are stretched over two lines.

  I have also noticed this problem when I view my site using my daughters iPhone. Please help.
