How do I make the blog password protected?

  So the blog page is password protected, but the blog posts aren’t. If I add a password to the post page it doesn’t appear in the blog page.

  Hi @eddcheel, did you want to make the entire blog section password protected, without protecting individual posts? If so, your best bet may be to make the site private:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
