How do I make the first post not sticky?

  The box is not checked to make it sticky, yet the first post remains at the top of my blog. Please help!!

  I see all 4 of your posts are incorrectly ordered. Provided you have opened them in the editor (there are only 4) and made sure none are marked as “sticky posts,” and they still remain in the wrong order, I believe you will need Staff to sort them out for you.
