How do I manage the order of the media displayed in a portfolio item gallery

  How do I manage the order images are displayed in a portfolio item gallery? On my WordPress admin menu I have a page on my site named Gallery. The Gallery page currently contains three Portfolio Items. Each Portfolio Item uses a gallery layout to show its media (pictures). From the Portfolio Item edit screen I can add media to the Portfolio Item out of my Media library. That works fine. What I am not seeing is how to change the order of the displayed media after I have added them to the Portfolio Item. I don’t get a list of the portfolio’s media items to set an order. The only thing I can do is delete the media and add them in the a new order. I am currently using WordPress v4.0 with the Sideways theme.
