How do I manipulate a slideshow image?
-
I would like to size an imga eot fill the slideshow space. I’ve tried rescaling but that doesn’t seem to work.

Hi there, resizing options in slideshows are limited.
Could you provide a link to your post or page with the slideshow so I can take a look? Even if it’s still a draft I’ll be able to see it. Could you also give me a link to the image you want modify, in your media library? Thanks!

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

One of the images I want to modify is here –> http://sellersdorseyfoundation.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=59&action=edit

Hi there, what program did you use to create those graphics? I suggest you open the image in that app and rejig the porportions of the images there first. It looks like the slideshow frame can fit a slightly wider, squatter image. Your current images are more square-like, which is why there is some extra blank space to the right and left of them.
You may want to experiment with a single image first, before doing the others. You could also set up a draft post to play with the slideshow before copying it to the live page.
Let me know how it goes.

Ok, thanks. Would you be able to give me the dimensions of the slide box so I have an idea of how to adapt the images?

Is the slide box a set size or does it change based on the responsive feature of the theme?
-
Yes, depending on the theme the slideshow frame is responsive and changes size and dimensions. You can simulate how this looks by dragging your browser window smaller.
