How do I manually renew the domain mapping upgrade?

    There was some confusion with notification about the the annual domain mapping renewal fee. I received a notice that the renewal will expire by January 31st, 2016 unless we renew it manually. How do I do that? Our custom name is ‘armn.org,’ which does not appear on the list of choices for the Blog URL, below.
