How do I move all of my content from one wordpress account to another?

I’d like to transfer sexfrombothsides to dearjohnpowers, but I don’t want to lose my followers and manually copy each existing post. Is there any easy way to change the .wordpress from sexfrombothsides to dearjohnpowers? I’m attempting to rebrand and would like to make the switch if possible.

There is, but it’ll cost you the money for a redirect upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ Note that the process is irreversible.

I may have been unclear.
Right now the site is sexfrombothsides.wordpress.com, but I also have dearjohnpowers.wordpress.com. Does that also require a redirect upgrade or can I not just switch between the two? -

You can move the content from one site to the other, but Staff will have to move your followers and stats for you. The directions to move your content are at the top of the page here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
As far as the site redirect, it should work for WordPress.com to WordPress.com sites as well, but if you’d like to wait for Staff comment, we’ll wait. http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/ You’d only need it for a year because the redirect is a 301 and search engines will pick up on that it’s a permanent move and no longer crawl the old site.

That’s a great help. Thank you very much. At this point I’m going to do the copy feature as described above and hopefully the staff will be able to migrate my followers to the new page.
