How do I move around pages on my blog?

  I am totally frustrated with your site. All I want to do is move my posts page to the second page after the home page but there isn’t ANYWHERE on your support site how to do that. I’ve even deleted the About and Contact page and redone them and THEY SHOW UP IN THE SAME ORDER! I want my readers to see the Home page first, then the Posts page, then the About page and last the Contact page. Pray tell, how do I do that? I’ve spent hours on your uninformative support site trying to find the answer to this.
