How do I move my wordpress.com site to wordpress.org with go daddy host

My host is godaddy.com and I mapped my registered domain therehastobemore.org over to wordpress.com, but I want to install my own themes. So, I think I need wordpress.org. I already had wordpress installed on go daddy.com so when I try to sign up and use wordpress.org, I don’t know how.
I have installed wordpress and moved the zip file to godaddy, but I do not know how to sign up or start the wordpress.org instead of .comThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
