How do I move these from wordpress.com to selfhosted blog?

  Hi there,

  How would I go about getting my subscribers over, from my old blog at wordpress.com (kagertilkaffen.wordpress.com) to my new selfhosted blog at http://www.kagertilkaffen.dk ?

  I have installed the Jetpack plugin!

  Hi there, I have moved your subscribers to your new blog at http://www.kagertilkaffen.dk for you. You’re all set! :)

  Your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, but WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. If they would like to receive email updates as well, they can subscribe to receive those on your new site.
