How do I obtain refund money request to use toward another theme?

  I am awaiting a refund for a premium theme purchased. I really just want to purchase another theme. Can I just call to have the money credited and pay the remaining balance on the premium?

  You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
