While logged into your account, you can visit http://wordpress.com/plans and select the plan that works best for you. I see that you currently have not yet created a site under this account. You can create your site by following this link and going through the workflow which will also give you the opportunity to select a plan for the site.
Please set up your site and plan and let us know if you run into any issues.

This site isn’t currently hosted with us here at WordPress.com. The site appears to be currently hosted with Siteground, while the domain appears to be hosted with Go Daddy.

If you are interested in purchasing the Business Plan with us, you will first need to transfer the site over to us here at WordPress.com.
If you want to move your site from self-hosted to WordPress.com, you can follow the instructions on our support page here:

Once the transfer is complete, you can then purchase the Business Plan for your site:
All of our paid plans come with a domain credit that is free for one year. So, if you also want to still use your current domain hosted with Go Daddy once you transfer your site, you can follow the instructions here:
