How do I post blog content to my domain name hosted by ipage?

  I want to post to my domain hosted on ipage. The ipage support people say to do it through wordpress, and the wordpress directions say you have to update nameservers on the hosting service. Help.

  There is no means provided by WordPress.com of automatically posting content you publish on a free hosted WordPress.com blog to ipage.
