How do I post to multiple pages?

How to I post to multiple pages (eg, be able to post to three different pages on my site)?
I’ve done the whole custom menu thing and ‘settings>reading’ option to change where I post to which works. However, when I then want to post something under a different page it moves all previous posts to this new page instead of just the new post.
I’m just setting up my second blog from imnotshortimfunsize.wordpress.com to sophiashippam.com so I’m trying to make some new changes I’ve not done before.
I hope this makes sense. I’m not massively techy but I’ve followed the support section under here as best I can. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Do you mean have your posts appear on multiple pages as listed here:
If so, you just need to add several Categories to your post, then it will appear under each of your Category Pages. You can read more about Categories here:
And more about Category Pages here:

Let me know if I can help further!

Hello, thanks for your reply!
I did get it working but then I added a contact page and now my category pages don’t seem to be working! I’ve gone over all the useful links you sent and have had a play around and alter of things but it still isn’t working!
Not sure what to do next. Help!

Hmm, I think I might have got it working again. Maybe I had too many menus?!
Will let you know if I get stuck again. Thanks

Great! I”m so glad you got it figured out! :)
Definitely let me know if I can help with anything else in the future!

It’s me again haha.
Ok so I’ve got it working but…this morning I woke up and when I click on a category in my menu, when it loads the page it’s title is ‘category archives: blog’. It does this for all three pages with the pre-fix of category archives.
Have I done something unwittingly or does my website hate me haha?

You haven’t done anything! Unfortunately, that’s part of the theme. The only way to remove it from those pages is through Custom CSS, which you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade for.
Alternatively, you may be interested in using the Display Posts shortcode instead of the Category Pages.
Let me know if I can help you set that up! :)

At least it’s not me that’s done anything haha.
I’ve mistakenly created my new blog whilst travelling so all on an iPhone via 3G! Never a good idea but I got carried away.
I’ll have a look in a few weeks once I can get back on my laptop and have a look at layout and the ideas you’ve mentioned.
Thanks again for all your help x
