How do I put a Registration form and Paypal and bank account for direct debit on

  Do I need the WordPress.com Business site ($299 p/a) to be able to put a Registration form on my site, plus Paypal and a bank account for direct debits?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you explain a bit further what you mean as far as a “registration form”? What specifically are you looking to do?

  People need to be able to register to attend a workshop on a particular day, in a particular city. They have a choice. So need to register their name, phone number, email address and their choice of workshop.
