How do I really ‘contact us’ ???

    I will pay premium for a website this time around (I have another website with WordPress, registered through Rebel (aka back in 2016 as Domains at Cost) however it’s seemed to have disappeared, perhaps as I have not had sufficient internet access since 2016 to maintain it… Anyway if this question is answered I’d like to start a new website~ so my question is how do I truly ‘Contact Us’ for WordPress??? Because Every link I tap, takes me here, to the forum. I sure hope this is where my question is legitimately answered, also how do I access my web page from 2016 that I have still been paying the domain cost for???
