How do I receive a refund?

  I would like a refund for my recent renewal of domain mapping.
  Receipt ID: 12066198
  PayPal Ref: 5VS44350MM2916134
  Date: 14-Feb-2015

  Once the refund is complete I would like to cancel. The domain no longer exists.
