How do I recover a deleted account?

    I deleted my account thinking I could reopen it on a different username, but it still says the account already exists. I have also tried renaming one of my addresses to the deleted account using the same username the deleted account was under and it has not worked! I need this account and I know for sure no one took it.

    Deletion is permanent and names are not recycled. We do show multiple warnings regarding this in both the deletion instructions and the actual deletion process itself.

    You will need to choose a new username.
