How do I recover my account without the number?

My band’s account, which we paid for, has been deleted and I’ve tried everything on the site to get it back up. It won’t even let me log in. The email for the account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the address used to direct from thekmacks.com to thekmacks.wordpress.com … please, please help. I spent countless hours getting that thing right.

I’ve tried that, and it won’t submit. I’m getting this message:
