How do I redirect mail.mydomain.com to my google apps email?
-
I have registered a custom domain and after almost a full day it has completely propagated and finally up from my end. I have also added immediately after registering the domain, the requisite CNAME entry in the custom DNS records page in the form of:
CNAME mail.mydomain.com ghs.google.com.
But every time I type mail.mydomain.com on the browser I get redirected to the main domain (mydomain.com). I would expect the subdomain to have propagated earlier than the main domain. Is the format I’m using incorrect? Or should I wait a few more hours/days for it to take effect?
Thank you!

You can setup mail through Google Apps following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-email-through-google-apps/

The email is already working on its own. The only problem is the redirection from the subdomain mail.mydomain.com to the google apps email page.
