How do I remove a page from Blog and add it to another Header?

I put my first blog “Creating Significant LEarning Environments” underneath my blog header. I meant to put it underneath the header entitled “New Culture of LEarning” I can’t figure out how to move it.
What do I do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, generally all posts will show up under the blog page. What might be better would be to turn that post into a page instead. Copy all the stuff out from that blog post and past into a new page with the same title and then add that page to the menu under New Culture of Learning and delete the post.
