How do I remove an administrator from my account?

  I have attempted to remove an administrator from my account/blog but it is telling me I don’t have the authority to do so. This person used to work for our company but does not any longer. Can you help me figure this out without having to contact him directly?

  The only other administrator on that blog is the owner.
