How do I remove an inactive/deleted blog from my dashboard?

  I want to remove an inactive/deleted blog (www.sugarcoatedseduction.com) from my dashboard. The website has been deleted (for over a year) and no longer comes up, but its tab remains on my dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
