  How do I remove Archives, Blogroll, and Meta from my sidebar?

  Hi there,

  Those are default widgets that your site’s theme adds to the sidebar if you don’t have any other widgets there. Since you added the Categories widget to your sidebar, those default widgets won’t appear.

  If you’d like to remove all widgets from your sidebar, you can add a blank Text Widget to the sidebar. That will remove everything, including your theme’s default widgets.
