How do I remove automatic renewal by credit card from my account

  I gone to Store – My Upgrades and no cancel button is showing and the cog icon does not appear.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from. Could you have purchased the upgrade with a different user account?

  We would like to disable the auto renew on our website, but it’s not allowing us to do so. It may be because someone else (Sarah Illingworth / (email visible only to moderators and staff)) set the blog up for us. Would you be able to disable the auto renew on our behalf, or to make the changes to the security settings necessary to allow Sarah to change this for us? We’ve tried adding her again as admin but she’s still getting an error message saying she’s unable to make changes to our payment method.

  What is the URL of the site in question? I’m not seeing anything at the allanaqueenies.wordpress.com site you listed.

  It is queenies.co.nz. We are expecting a renewal around Dec 14.

  As you surmised, this was set up under another user’s account. As they were the one who paid for the upgrade, they are the owner of that upgrade and will need to log in and cancel the renewal themselves.
