Hello,
I’m setting up a this site on the Premium plan, and I’d like to make any reference to WordPress disappear. How do I delete the ‘Blog at WordPress | The Edin Theme’ from the page?
Please advise

Hi there,
The footer credit (which mentions WordPress.com and your site’s theme) is required to be displayed according to our terms of service.
Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer. That credit can’t be removed.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that.

Oh no. This is not going to work for my client. We tried using the Enid theme with another host (1&1), but its functionality was heavily restricted, hence I suggested to move to your platform.
Can you please suggest an ideal solution – where I can use Enid to its full, customisable capacity, without any evident link to WordPress and the theme itself?
Many thanks.

Hi there,
With a self-hosted WordPress site (using the software from WordPress.org) you can customize the theme as much as you’d like. If you found 1&1 too restricting, you might want to consider a different host.
WordPress.com has some recommend hosts if you’re moving to a self-hosted site, or you can check out the hosts suggested over at WordPress.org: WordPress Web Hosting
You might also want to consult the WordPress.org forums for more assistance setting up a self-hosted WordPress site with the functionality you need.
