How do I remove domain mapping from my other wordpress account?

Hi I have moved my site monatechocolate.co.za off wordpress.com onto a server. I want to use myother wordpress account for another website which I have changed it to, fineandraw.co.za but I need to remove the mapping for my domain monatechocolate.co.za from this other account. Can you help please?

Do you have access to the WordPress.com account that is connected to the mapping subscription? The subscription is not connected to the account you are contacting us from. if you an log into that account and confirm ownership, we’d be happy to assist. Thanks!

Hi Darnel I am trying to connect my domain to this account but it is currently mapped to my other wordpress account. I have changed the DNS servers and am hoping this will point them in the right directions. I will need to wait another 24-72 hours for the dns record to update. Is this correct?

Those domain mapping upgrades are owned by a different account than the one you’re currently contacting us from. Please contact us from that account so we can further assist you.
