How do I remove email subscription followers?

  I have a follower who wishes to unsubscribe from emails from my site. This follower gets multiple emails every time I post and is understandably annoyed and asked my help in unsubscribing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have they tried clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails? If so, and it doesn’t work, please let me know.
