How do I remove linked blogs?

  I need to unlink 2 previouly self hosted blogs via wordpress.org from my wordpress.com acount. I can’t find a removal option. The sites I need to remove are ultll.org and earthendawn.com associated with douglascarnes.wordpress.com. I no longer have either site online.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
