How do I remove my header from my blog?

I am unable to remove the header from my blog even though I have removed it from the customized layout page and deleted it from my media library.

Yes, I can still see the header image when I go to my website. I’ve cleared my browser’s history, cookies, and cache so I don’t understand why I can still see it but you can’t. Whenever my girlfriend views it from her computer, there is a big blank space with a WP question mark in the middle. You can only view the rest of the site by scrolling a whole page down the screen.

I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.

I’ve uploaded two pictures to my media library. The first is taken from my computer and the second one is taken from my girlfriend’s Mac.
