How do I Remove my nickname permanently on all posts?

    Hi,

    I’m trying to start my new blog but have an issue. I don’t want my nickname being shown on my posts. I go into public profile and delete it but everytime I preview my posts it’s still there. How can I remove it permanently.

    Hi Annba,

    You can customize your display name in your public profile settings, but erasing your display name there won’t erase it from your posts. I’d recommend entering a different display name in your public profile (like “Annba”) so it shows a name other than your username.

    If you’d like to completely remove your name from your posts, that can be done by customizing your theme with the Custom Design upgrade. You can use Custom CSS to do that, and the expert staff and volunteers in our CSS Customization forum can help you find the CSS you need to do it:
