How do I remove "phantom" pages

  Hello,
  I am an inexperienced blogger using Fresh & Clean, by AJ Clarke. The address of the site in question is http://www.ljpeebles.net.
  I have six active pages, one of which is “Our services” however, since changing its title (it was called Services and workshops) – It occasionally shows up, but more often than not, it also adds the page “services and workshops” once I click through the site. The “services and workshop” page is no longer listing in my dashboard so I dont know how to rectify this problem.
  Any advice would be greatly appreciated

  Hi there,

  Your best bet would be to build a custom menu — that way you can customize it to your liking. You can build the menu at Appearance -> Menus.
