How do I remove warning illegal string offset from my posts?

  At some point after one of the updates all of my posts have appeared with warning illegal string offset as their title. I am not a programmer but believe it is something to do with the meta tags and or a meta tag plugin.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is affecting the searchability and traffic to our blog.

  If you are using plugins, then your site is likely a self-hosted WordPress.org site and not a WordPress.com site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
