How do I renew an expired domain

Im having trouble renewing my domain. I let it expire. A link says “please contact customer service”.

just want to know how to pay for my domain subscription. Im having trouble renewing it after I let it lapse for about two and a half months.
I get a link to contact customer support, but it takes me to the faqs. economic struggles suck. i wish i never let it lapse. -
I have flagged this for the staff to help you – you domain name might have fallen out of redemption – try just registering the domain name and not the renewal option – sometimes that works – if not the staff will need to sort it out

As captnmike suggested, the best thing you can do at this stage is to keep checking and see if the domain re-enters circulation, and try to re-register it quickly. You might also check out a back-order service such as http://www.pool.com/ and see if your domain might be eligible.
