How do I renew the annual subscription

  I havr taken over the development of our Parish Web-Site and invited to be an administrator. Our annual subscription is due for expiry in 37 day but I cannot see how to make payment on the My Upgrades page Please advise

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Upgrades are owned by individual WordPress.com users, so only the user who purchased the upgrade can renew it. You can see who owns the upgrade by going to Store > My Upgrades in the site’s dashboard. Under the domain name, you’ll see “Purchased by” and the name of the person who owns that upgrade.

  If that person wants to transfer ownership of the upgrade to you, I can help you with that. I’ll just need the current upgrade owner to reply to this forum thread or contact us to confirm that request. Once the upgrade is transferred to you, you’ll be able to renew it yourself.

  Hi,

  The actual site I need to transfer the owner is driffieldcatholicchurch.wordpress.com.
  And yes, please transfer the ownership to user gerardcon.

  I hope that there are no extra things to transfer if the driffieldcatholicchurch.wordpress.com have also separate domain name (http://driffieldcatholicchurch.org.uk/)

  Hi dacism,

  Just to confirm, would you like to transfer ownership of the blog driffieldcatholicchurch.wordpress.com and the domain upgrade for driffieldcatholicchurch.org.uk to gerardcon? (Only ownership of the domain upgrade needs to be transferred for gerardcon to be able to renew that upgrade.)

  It doesn’t really matters if one or both ownerships are transferred, as far as gerardcon can renew the subscription for the domain upgrade.

  Thanks for confirming that. I went ahead and transferred the domain upgrade for driffieldcatholicchurch.org.uk, so gerardcon can now renew that upgrade under Store > My Upgrades in the site’s dashboard.

  I left you as the owner of the site, since that doesn’t need to be changed. If you ever want to transfer ownership of the site to gerardcon or another WordPress.com user, just let us know. :)
